1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Go Go Travel With Josh LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Luxury Stay System.
The Course and Community are hosted on the third-party platform Skool.com. By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the Skool Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase the Luxury Stay System or any associated guides.
2. ACCESS & VERIFICATION To access the course materials and community, you must create a user account on Skool.com and request to join our private group.
Verification: Access is not automatic. You acknowledge that we must manually verify your payment status before approving your request to join the group.
Revocation: If your payment fails, is disputed, or is refunded, your access to the Skool group will be revoked immediately.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The content provided in the Luxury Stay System and the Jumpstart Guide—including but not limited to videos, text, PDF guides, scripts, spreadsheets, and unique terminologies such as "Suite Shot™", and "Value Engine™" is the proprietary intellectual property of Go Go Travel With Josh LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials and downloaded digital assets strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
Prohibitions & Anti-Piracy: You may not copy, reproduce, record (e.g., screen recording), redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any of the course materials, PDFs, or community content. Additionally, you may not share or resell your login credentials with any other person outside of your immediate household.
While we understand and permit sharing with your immediate family members within your household, we actively monitor account activity and digital footprint. If we detect concurrent logins from different locations or IP addresses suggesting widespread or unauthorized account sharing, or if we discover our copyrighted materials have been illegally copied, downloaded, or shared outside the platform, your account will be terminated immediately without refund and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & TESTIMONIALS By participating in the Luxury Stay System and our Skool community, you may choose to submit photos, reviews, hotel upgrade success stories, or other content ("User Content").
We love celebrating your wins! However, we deeply respect your privacy. We will always reach out to you directly to ask for your explicit permission before using any of your User Content, success stories, or testimonials for our public marketing, promotional materials, or website. We will never share your posts, photos, or results outside of the private Skool community without your written consent.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
One-Time Payment: If you select the single payment option, your payment is processed immediately.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a monthly or annual membership, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date through your account settings or by emailing support@gogotravelwithjosh.com. Cancellations apply to future charges; no pro-rated refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations. If you choose to cancel, you will retain full access to the course, community, and coaching through the end date of your current paid billing cycle. Once that end date passes, you will immediately lose all access.
Payment Plan: If you select the payment plan (e.g., 2 payments), you authorize us to charge your credit card for the second payment 30 days after the initial transaction. You are responsible for the full amount of the purchase. If a payment fails, your access to the course and community will be suspended until the balance is cleared.
6. "LIFETIME ACCESS" & SUPPORT LIMITS
Lifetime Access: "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the Luxury Stay System product. If we decide to discontinue the program, we will provide you with a 30-day notice to download any available materials.
12-Month Coaching Limit (For Lifetime Members Only):
Direct access to Josh (via the Community Q&A, chat, or other channels) is included for 12 months from your date of purchase. After 12 months, you retain access to the course content and the peer community, but direct coaching access concludes.
Annual Memberships:
If you are enrolled in an annual membership, the 12-month limit above does not apply. You will not lose access to direct chat or live Zoom calls. Your direct access to Josh remains fully active for as long as your membership successfully renews and is not canceled.
7. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS & WARRANTIES The Luxury Stay System is an educational program. We make no guarantees regarding the specific results you will achieve.
Not a Guarantee: Your ability to secure upgrades, earn points, or save money depends on market conditions, hotel availability, property-specific policies, seasonality, and your own effort.
Not a Travel Agent: Unless you explicitly engage Josh under a separate Travel Advisor agreement, Go Go Travel With Josh LLC is acting solely as an educator, not as your travel agent. We are not responsible for booking errors, flight cancellations, or hotel service issues.
8. REFUND POLICY Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund Policy section listed on this page. Please review that section for details regarding our Suite Shot Upgrade Guarantee for the full Luxury Stay System.
9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES Our community is a space for support and growth. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, spam, or disparaging conduct. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards at our sole discretion, without refund. Additionally, you must adhere to Skool.com’s acceptable use policies; a ban from the Skool platform for policy violations constitutes a termination of your access to the Course.
10. THIRD-PARTY AFFILIATION This site is not a part of the Marriott website or Marriott International, Inc or any other business. This site is NOT endorsed by Marriott in any way. "Marriott Bonvoy" and all associated brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. We may mention third-party products (credit cards, portals) which may have their own terms and conditions.
11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. Go Go Travel With Josh LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Go Travel With Josh LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the course, guides, or community. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in dispute.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Luxury Stay System after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
