At Go Go Travel With Josh LLC, we are committed to your success. Because we stand behind our Luxury Stay System, we offer two distinct levels of protection for your investment.
1. The "No-Questions-Asked" Guarantee (30 Days) You are protected by a 100% money-back guarantee for the first 30 days.
For Standard Purchases: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any reason.
For Pre-Launch Purchases: If you purchased during the Pre-Launch phase (before January 1, 2026), your 30-day window begins on January 1, 2026 (the official release date of Module 1). This ensures you have time to review the material once it is released.
If you decide the course isn't for you during this window, simply email us at support@gogotravelwithjosh.com and we will refund your full investment. No questions asked.
2. The "Action-Based" Value Guarantee (6 Months) If you pass the 30-day window and decide to commit to the system, we promise that if you do the work, you will see results.
If you complete the course and apply the strategies but do not generate at least $1,000 USD in estimated value (via savings, upgrades, perks, or point redemptions) within 180 days (6 months) of the course start date, Josh will work with you personally to help you bridge the gap. This includes priority support and 1-on-1 coaching (via Chat or Zoom) to review your next booking strategy.
To qualify for this Value Guarantee, you must:
Complete the Course: Complete and watch all videos in Modules 1–7.
Show Proof of Action: Provide simple evidence that you applied the system (e.g., a screenshot of a "Suite Shot" email sent to a hotel).
Explain the Gap: Briefly explain where the system failed to deliver value for your specific trips.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Go Go Travel With Josh LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Luxury Stay System.
The Course and Community are hosted on the third-party platform Skool.com. By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the Skool Terms of Service.
2. ACCESS & VERIFICATION To access the course materials and community, you must create a user account on Skool.com and request to join our private group.
Verification: Access is not automatic. You acknowledge that we must manually verify your payment status before approving your request to join the group.
Revocation: If your payment fails, is disputed, or is refunded, your access to the Skool group will be revoked immediately.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The content provided in the Luxury Stay System—including but not limited to videos, text, PDF guides, scripts, spreadsheets, and unique terminologies such as "Suite Shot™", and "Value Engine™", is the proprietary intellectual property of Go Go Travel With Josh LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell your login credentials with any other person outside of your immediate household. While we understand and permit sharing with your immediate family members within your household, we actively monitor account activity. If we detect concurrent logins from different locations or IP addresses suggesting widespread or unauthorized account sharing (beyond your household), your account will be subject to review and may be terminated without refund.
4. PRE-LAUNCH & RELEASE SCHEDULE If you purchase during the "Pre-Launch" phase (prior to January 1, 2026), you acknowledge that the course content is not immediately available in full.
Release Date: Content release begins on January 1, 2026.
Schedule: Modules will be released on a weekly basis following the start date. You agree that this "drip" schedule does not constitute a failure to deliver the product.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
One-Time Payment: If you select the single payment option, your payment is processed immediately.
Payment Plan: If you select the payment plan (e.g., 2 payments), you authorize us to charge your credit card for the second payment 30 days after the initial transaction. You are responsible for the full amount of the purchase. If a payment fails, your access to the course and community will be suspended until the balance is cleared.
6. "LIFETIME ACCESS" & SUPPORT LIMITS
Lifetime Access: "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the Luxury Stay System product. If we decide to discontinue the program, we will provide you with a 30-day notice to download any available materials.
12-Month Coaching Limit: Direct access to Josh (via the Community Q&A, chat, or other channels) is included for 12 months from your date of purchase. After 12 months, you retain access to the course content and the peer community, but direct coaching access concludes.
7. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS & WARRANTIES The Luxury Stay System is an educational program. We make no guarantees regarding the specific results you will achieve.
Not a Guarantee: Your ability to secure upgrades, earn points, or save money depends on market conditions, hotel availability, property-specific policies, seasonality, and your own effort.
Not a Travel Agent: Unless you explicitly engage Josh under a separate Travel Advisor agreement, Go Go Travel With Josh LLC is acting solely as an educator, not as your travel agent. We are not responsible for booking errors, flight cancellations, or hotel service issues.
8. REFUND POLICY Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund Policy section listed on this page. Please review that section for details regarding our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and our 6-Month Action-Based Guarantee.
9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES Our community is a space for support and growth. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, spam, or disparaging conduct. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards at our sole discretion, without refund. Additionally, you must adhere to Skool.com’s acceptable use policies; a ban from the Skool platform for policy violations constitutes a termination of your access to the Course.
10. THIRD-PARTY AFFILIATION This site is not a part of the Marriott website or Marriott International, Inc. This site is NOT endorsed by Marriott in any way. "Marriott Bonvoy" and all associated brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. We may mention third-party products (credit cards, portals) which may have their own terms and conditions.
11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. Go Go Travel With Josh LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
